Sammy is your personal assistant to have a healthy life! He is the mirror of your health!
He will help you to control your diet, hydration, training and rest every day!
Yours daily actions reflect on their own health and Sammys. Ex: If you do not eat at the right times, Sammy will be hungry.
Sammy will warn you when the time to eating, drinking water, making physical activity and go to sleep.
If you click Sammy it will show you health tips!
Through its data (height, weight, gender and age) Sammy calculates, based on WHO recommendations (World Health Organization) and the time that you woke up, all your daily needs and the respective time that must be met.
Follow Sammys recommendations and have a healthy life !!!
